Restaurant: 澳門咖喱王新鮮腩
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

來到佐敦，朋友介紹必食牛之選係呢間得獎店［澳門咖喱王新鮮腩］，我就話試過先知係唔係好食！必食獲獎川醬干炒牛河$69，干炒牛河有得揀辣度大，中，細！第一次食干炒牛河係有麻辣的口感，牛肉嫰滑，好香好惹味！無味精健康茄湯招牌牛坑腩泡飯$68 睇個名就知道係健康的飯，番茄湯好甜，完全食到冇茄膏的味道，牛坑腩也是限量，肥瘦適中，正上湯時菜$40 個菜暫時未食到有什麼新意！白灼新鮮牛柏葉$98 牛柏葉好爽口，食上去一點也不腥，蘿蔔超入味同軟諗！得獎的牛腩店真是名不虛傳！
