To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 陪媽咪睇完醫生,行左一陣荃新天地,唸黎唸去都係想試下大家樂賣得好行既 咖喱乳飼牛坑腩 . 其實我同媽咪都唔係好餓.4點先食過下午茶,9點都末係點餓.但係睇佢廣告d牛坑腩粒粒都勁雪花,無知既我決定一定要試!!! 咖喱乳飼牛坑腩$30 加 $1配油酥餅 加 $5配熱飲. 個咖喱乳飼牛坑腩份量幾細.個飯反而幾大碗.仲有2粒車里茄,豆,同baby栗米.油酥餅太厚身,唔酥.個咖喱汁太watery...唔係我杯'咖喱'囉.不過都算濃,幾辣.除左2pc薯仔,牛坑腩大約都有5-6小小小粒. 有d似碎尾 Anyway.牛坑腩其實有腩有tender. tender好'淋',有膠質. 就算d腩都幾'淋'. 雖然食唔出佢marbling,但肉質幾tender. 後來睇單先知佢所謂既牛坑腩 係Beef Brisket. Brisket通常要經過長時間燜煮焗先會'淋'. 相信大家樂煲咖喱牛坑腩都煮左好耐.
