s a Taiwanese cuisine lover, this restaurant was definitely on the list to go! It certainly did not disappoint me at all! 牛家盛會陽春麵( 牛𦟌,牛筋,牛脷,牛肋條)$58陽春麵was texture-wise in the luscious beef broth! The beef was executed with perfect texture! Especially loved the beef tongue and the beef tendons were HEAVENLY! Definitely devoured with satisfaction! 台南滷肉糖心蛋菜飯$48The gooey egg was nice! The vegetable rice with braised pork was pleasantly cooked! The only drawback was the overcooked pork, bit too stiff

The gooey egg was nice! The vegetable rice with braised pork was pleasantly cooked! The only drawback was the overcooked pork, bit too stiff for my liking. The combined flavors however, were inviting and filling too!

What's more devilish than this! I would definitely gobble this up albeit the high calories! The cheese in between was enticing! But the highlight was definitely the deep fried pork with the crispy skin! Very addictive indeed!
