舊菜保持水準,新作來前他拿來支叫七田的純米吟釀,試飲了一口,無特別,直至他推出一碟香噴噴的燒牛肉,薄薄脂香加上豐富的肉味,還吃到薄薄血水味道,比吃肉眼或牛柳粒更妙,愈吃愈有趣,問主理人是甚麼部份,他說是牛頸脊,哦!這東西在汕頭吃了幾次,薄切成蝴蝶狀來打邊爐,又香又美味,想不到厚切作烤焗也不錯。更多分享@http://foodxfile.blogspot.com/2010/11/blog-post_11.html
