To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫咗紐西蘭西冷牛扒飯同埋半熔芝士炸雞炸雞OK幾好食 嫩滑的 純粹少貴$32得5塊唔算大跟住塊牛扒...上到嚟以$76算大算厚 食落去味道👍🏻 而且嫩 多汁但係我咬完望一望 中間似乎係完全唔熟?然後我睇係咪成塊扒都係咁 切開果然係成塊1成熟雖然我接受到牛扒生生地 但係明顯中間大部份血紅色...好食還好食 始終安全起見我叫廚房返兜然後uh 過多陣上嚟嘅係另一塊 細啲+薄啲+無咁靚嘅扒切開 well全熟 乾曬 無乜汁有啲極端 一係就1成熟 一係就全熟 可能控制火候方面有待進步?食物大致不錯 以後會再嚟食 但唔太推薦叫牛扒

好食還好食 始終安全起見我叫廚房返兜

然後uh 過多陣上嚟嘅係另一塊 細啲+薄啲+無咁靚嘅扒
切開 well全熟 乾曬 無乜汁

有啲極端 一係就1成熟 一係就全熟
可能控制火候方面有待進步?

食物大致不錯 以後會再嚟食 但唔太推薦叫牛扒
