To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 與朋友晚上到大家樂食晚餐,朋友點了雞脾飯,自己點了鐵板爵士牛扒餐跟意大利蕃茄汁.牛扒等了大約五分鐘,放在桌上散發陣陣牛油加牛扒的香氣,鄰座的友人大讚很吸引.牛扒比想像中厚,跟餐的湯入面的料也豐富,可惜沒有飲品,要另外加錢才有升級的湯和大得一般人不會喝得晒的汽水.食完個餐感到成咀都好油...不過分量足.
