To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天去开深水埗，来这间在YT上过饮食男女的铺头，真的像影片一样，全家经营十分干净，由于新policy底下，每张台只能坐一人，坐得舒服，但难为了饮食业经营者，百上加斤。希望他们做多D外卖。叫了碗牛杂河走肠，汤底清，不会太多油，但够牛味，喝了不会口渴，无落味精牛杂有牛蒡，牛肺，牛肚（多），全部新鲜，真的食法不同河粉一般，不过不失下次会试试牛三宝最后提提大家找铺的Tips - 在青山道刚过了东沙湾街，如果从东京街去就要走到街尾
