對上一次食石板燒已經係兩年前, 到依家仍然念念不忘。路經灣仔皇后大道東, 熟悉的氣味, 久違了的石板, 毫不猶豫要入去試一試。200 gram牛柳,$110。 認知中嘅牛柳一向都係厚切, 呢度亦都唔例外。 石板溫度好高, 自己操刀需要有番咁上下技術。 個人認為牛柳最佳熟成度係三至五成熟, 保持肉味之餘 仲可以維持處牛肉鮮嫩嘅口感。 餐廳提供多種配料和醬汁用以烹調牛扒。餐廳亦供應餐 牛肉湯( 個人認為好好味),飯類與及沙律,可以無限添飲添食。
