To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

牛池灣區有為數不少的舊式茶餐廳，這家幸福茶餐廳也有20年左右歷史，為不少附近居民的聚腳飯堂。茶餐廳有早餐，午餐，下午茶以及晚餐供應，這天我們試了他們的下午茶套餐。「葡汁雞皇飯」雞塊足料入味，不會煮過頭，葡汁跟白飯混在一起吃份量剛剛好。下午茶時段加2塊就有凍飲一杯。「淨雲吞」有兩棵青菜，雲吞有5顆，而且入口爽口，包得大小適中，下午茶時間也是加2塊有凍飲。餐廳有戶外區，可以抽煙，價位也合理，有空經過可以再一試他們的粉面套餐。
