To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

牛油果三文魚

收工同朋友相約睇戲，順便食個晚餐~選左食日本野!未夠7點所以唔洗排隊，即拎飛就可以入座見到期間限定牛油果三文魚親子丼，試下新野，本人不特別好牛油果，所以成個飯覺得無咩特別，正正常常，味道ok!另外，叫左貴價鰻魚飯，今次可能燒耐左，所以食落有少少燒焦味~有少少失望，味道方面其實可以選擇返另一款平價鰻魚丼飯，之前都食過~所以我覺得鰻魚味道上無咩分別，今次叫呢個特別之處可以加湯食，變茶漬飯~多一種食法!反而加左set前菜個玉子蛋好味~整體評分6/10
