To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 之前食過Keto沙律，覺得唔錯，諗住再嚟食。唉！居然轉咗Menu冇得食。唯有揀吓其他沙律嚟食。❌ 牛油果烤雞凱撒沙律 $98 lunch set 雞胸肉尚算嫩滑，但係頗鹹。d肉勁厚切，仲有好硬嘅邊都俾埋客食，使唔使咁盡😒。牛油果賣相勁唔靚，有啲黑色嘅一粒粒，不過好彩食落就唔苦。啲煙肉切到好細粒，食落有啲脆脆感覺。沙律汁就正正常常，勝在唔算太酸或者太濃味。👌🏼 日本蜆柚子意粉 $158Menu 話新出。意粉質地好爽硬，al dente。但係食唔到柚子胡椒味。就係橄欖油撈埋高湯嘅味道。日本蜆都幾鮮甜。環境：★★★★☆ 食物： ★★★☆☆ 推介度： ★★★☆☆

雞胸肉尚算嫩滑，但係頗鹹。d肉勁厚切，仲有好硬嘅邊都俾埋客食，使唔使咁盡😒。


牛油果賣相勁唔靚，有啲黑色嘅一粒粒，不過好彩食落就唔苦。啲煙肉切到好細粒，食落有啲脆脆感覺。沙律汁就正正常常，勝在唔算太酸或者太濃味。
