食過一次牛油果點豉油之後,就漸漸接受到佢嘅獨有味道再愛上。香港唔算好多用牛油果做主題的餐廳,唉豬見到呢間啲相幾靚,就叫埋三五知己一齊happy 下~叫咗杯《香蕉可可果仁奶昔$85》,第一啖:好杰。 要好大力先啜到上嚟。牛油果味偏淡,香蕉味先出。招牌《科布沙律$158》 額外添加《24小時自家醃製三文魚$58》 咩都有,所有原味嘅材料放埋一碟打卡用。味道係原材料嘅味,加咗少少沙律dressing調味。《龍蝦牛油果漢堡$218》唔講都食唔出有濃郁芒果熱情果醬。《烤焗卡真蕃薯條配山葵蛋黃醬$48》呢個反而有驚喜,係成餐飯中嘅一點清泉。最後嘅《牛油果布朗尼$54》牛油果味完全畀厚實嘅朱古力味蓋咗。舖位喺K11 Musea 最底層food court行到最入,都幾隱蔽同難搵。所有嘢不過不失,打卡幾靚,但應該一次就夠。
