To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 漁樂係我個仔摰愛,指定食香煎雞排蛋蓋飯,必定要加牛油雞翼$13。講真佢個牛油雞翼係正,即炸之外,佢個皮外脆同甜甜地,但又唔係加糖咁,裡面嘅肉好嫩滑,再加上淋左啲甜黑醋油,我覺得真係幾好味。以前得兩隻雞翼,但近排如果雞翼細佢會俾3隻,2/3係不定時,2隻係基本,有3隻當驚喜,唔係成日3隻,多少隻都好唔刁難員工,係廚房決定,因為都有姐姐講過都唔知點同啲客解釋去漁樂千祈唔好飲有檸檬嘅野,自從轉左餐牌佢所有檸檬飲品都好似用檸檬精咁 ,係再無實體檸檬另外無左好立克同阿華田,得美綠,講真我覺得以前漁樂好食啲,有多啲款,以前佢有個椰香沙嗲焗雞扒飯係好味,轉左餐牌得返泰皇汁同咖哩汁,少左好多焗飯款
