尖沙咀一向多拉麵店,聽講黎緊會有幾間過江龍進駐真係十分期待。一盛極牛就先打響頭炮,以極品A5和牛作賣點,配以牛骨高湯及鮮蛋麵,單單係呢個組合已經令愛牛人士心動。極牛拉麵,因為食真啲牛湯嘅味道所以所有配料都揀左半分,減低對牛骨湯嘅影響。睇住師傅由切牛到盛湯都一絲不苟,未食都加分俾佢了。牛骨飲落清爽,雖然唔係豬骨湯咁會呈現奶白色,但淡棕色嘅湯頭味道十分濃郁甘香。和牛刺身經伙記提點,唔好浸係個湯裡面太耐,否則牛脂會溶得太快,牛肉就會變韌的了。果真輕輕浸過嘅和牛十分嫩滑細緻,配上偏硬身蛋麵,整個組合配搭上黎好好食。溏心蛋真係做到七成熟,入味之餘蛋濃郁。令到蛋麵食落更香口。飲埋支波子汽水,真係十分正。呢度以日式酒館佈置,同時又放住日劇歌曲令人彷彿置身日本街角一般。
