香港天氣實在太凍,真係要打邊爐暖下個身。火鍋選擇何其多,最重要嘅其實都係火鍋料要夠靚。上網搵嘅時候就搵到呢一間主打傳統火鍋,重有本地肥牛嘅,一於同男朋友去試吓。湯底方面都有18種可以選擇,我哋就揀咗簡簡單單嘅傳統味菜胡椒豬肚湯。湯底都幾足料,裏面有好多豬肚同酸菜。醬料費每位要$25,感覺上幾貴,不過佢成車咁推過嚟,而且連少見嘅腐乳醬都有,都算物有所值。牛當然係今日嘅主角,我哋就叫左侍應推介嘅肥牛肉小肥中size。上到枱果然非常驚喜,分量好大之餘,賣相亦相當靚仔,未食已經流晒口水。脂肪同肉分布均勻,紅白相間。輕輕放落湯煮10秒,剛剛好五成熟,入口軟淋牛肉味超濃!脂香味慢慢滲出,齒頰留香!之後再嚟就係我一向都鍾意食嘅牛白肉!而且並唔係每一間打邊爐都有嘅,有就一定必叫!牛白肉食嘅當然係牛脂香濃嘅味道。呢度嘅牛白肉相對其他地方嘅更加厚,口感更加豐富,牛癡如我絕對如癡如醉。紐西蘭羊肩肉,睇落去冇乜特別,但一食就知道同出邊嘅唔同!就算煮耐咗都唔會鞋口,配腐乳醬一流。日本廣島蠔,比想像中嘅大隻,新鮮唔腥。肥鵝腸,制過嘅比新鮮嘅爽脆,但有保留肥腸既甘香,食落比睇落更加好食。黑牛柏葉,鬆化響鈴卷,正常貨
