朋友推介的比較少有嘅Fusion中菜,今次就過嚟屯門試吓百香果鳳尾蝦玉帶百香果加芒果撈成嘅醬汁,好清新嘅鮮甜味,配上柚子、帶子同鮮蝦,加上百香果芒果汁嘅甜味,令到帶子同蝦嘅鮮味,鮮上加鮮土炮安格斯牛叉燒用牛肉做嘅叉燒真係第一次食到,好似牛扒同叉燒嘅混合體,口感比豬肉更加有咬口,而且沒有豬肉口感那麼肥膩,真係好有創意👍軟硬流沙包硬流沙包外皮好鬆脆鮑汁扣原條花膠嫩滑嘅花膠吸收咗鮑魚汁嘅味道,加上花膠本身入口即溶嘅口感,味道更上一層樓花椒醉鴿酒香同麻香完全滲入去了鴿肉 ,好入味, 鴿本身肉質唔會肥,唔會好似鵝或者鴨咁太多肥膏,雖然鴿本身係瘦,但但肉質一啲都唔煙韌,仲好嫩滑焦糖菠蘿咕嚕肉咕嚕肉外皮非常鬆脆,一咬就爆開,好似食緊蛋捲一樣👍而且酸甜味唔會太重,配合埋菠蘿味道清新土豪雪茄春卷外皮好脆,蔥卷入邊塞滿晒蝦肉,而且造型逼真,遠看的話,以為真係一支雪茄 芝士花菜芝士好香,每一個西蘭花都包住滿香濃嘅芝士小蟶濃湯浸時菜湯好有海鮮味,菜吸收了海鮮湯的鮮味,加上菜都好嫰,令菜嘅味道更鮮甜心太軟估唔到甜品都可以,心太軟外皮都幾脆口,亦都做到流心嘅效果總體來說,一間非常有創意的fusion中菜,一定再食
