To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日試咗佢哋嘅招牌牛肉全盛宴油麵加腩汁，真係好正！😋一上枱就已經俾嗰陣濃郁嘅香氣吸引住，令人食指大動。碗麵上面鋪滿咗啲新鮮香菜，顏色鮮艷，睇落已經好有食欲。🌿呢碗牛肉全盛宴真係冇得輸，牛肉份量十足，有牛腩、牛筋同牛肉片，每一啖都係唔同嘅口感，牛肉煮得剛剛好，嫩而不柴，入口即化，食落好滿足。🐂🍜油麵煮得啱啱好，唔會太軟亦唔會太硬，口感彈牙，配埋濃郁嘅牛腩汁，真係一流！🥢牛腩汁係用心熬製，味道濃郁而唔會太鹹，湯底清甜而不油膩，飲落去好舒服，令人一試難忘。湯頭滲透住牛肉嘅鮮味，每一啖都充滿層次感。🍲再配埋一罐雪碧，清爽解渴，真係完美嘅搭配。🥤總結嚟講，呢碗牛肉全盛宴油麵加腩汁真係無得彈，牛肉質素高，湯底濃郁，麵條彈牙，再加上香菜嘅點綴，真係一個完美嘅用餐體驗。👍如果你都係牛肉麵愛好者，千祈唔好錯過呢間店，絕對值得一試！💯😌
