To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

翻工咁辛苦，收工更係要去食餐好既！今次同朋友食呢間放題。其實火鍋放題食過好多間，都係大路野。但今次食一鍋堂，都幾多野食可以揀，淨係食牛肉都好幾隻，仲有和牛食。質素都唔差，好嫩唔韌，食得出有翻咁上下feel，仲有封門柳等。除左牛、仲有羊肉同海鮮。自助區選擇都好多，除左有啲基本既丸，都有唔少既熟食，菜都有5.6款。飲品直頭多到唔知飲乜好😂😂😂可惜2個鐘時間唔多夠，最後竟然唔記得食甜品，失策！！！
