今日在這邊看戲後,於附近晚餐,逛著逛著,就看到這家熟悉的牛頭招牌,黑蔴蔴閃令令好顯眼。曾光顧將中分店,知道這家品質,所以一家三口在此晚餐。 牛肉壽喜燒  餐牌叫牛肉鋤燒     美國安格斯肩脊肥牛配烏冬小米想自己一鍋獨食。 肥牛紅多白少不太肥,以肉質為主,感覺健康左! 最難得係小米肯食菜。偷來一條烏冬,爽滑彈牙。 富士山石板牛扒餐~封門柳有三款部位,特別喜歡封門柳。封門柳係橫隔膜的肌肉,嫩滑之餘,肉味又濃郁。切一舊,先嚐原味,下一件沾上特制醬汁。雖然塊扒好厚身,但肉質夠鬆化,無需太多牙力,就可以嘆到靚牛,所以選封門柳係正確的。反轉富士山,底部的米都變成飯焦卜卜脆。推冧藍色的飯,跟粟米拌勻,灑上黑椒,岩鹽,同時飯粒可以將石板上的肉汁精華吸乾吸淨,一滴也不浪費。 牛板腱石板餐   職員下刀,牛板腱有多少,就按重量計價。大大塊牛板腱,熱辣辣呈上,透著一間間的坑紋,但中芯位仍是粉紅色,慢慢以烤板加熱吧!灑上即磨黑椒和粉紅岩鹽,配大量蒜蓉一起享用就更美味。用餐後要自行把餐盤放到返卻口。
