近期新開好多石板牛,間間質素閣有千秋,今日又黎到旺角通菜街呢間牛極,之前食過一次覺得唔錯! 今日下午2點左右黎, 比上次晚餐既段少人, 唔洗排隊。未算太肚餓,叫個180g牛肩肉先,白飯、沙律、湯都係任裝。塊排黎到係得1成熟,想食幾熟就睇自己控制喇, 我會先係上面扭少少鹽同黑椒,今次試下加多少少bbq粉, 又幾惹味喎想牛肩肉唔痴牙,建議大家煎至5~6成熟,太生咬唔入、太熟又痴牙,5~6成剛剛好一個女仔食一塊180g牛其實都好飽,最值得一提既係呢度既湯,應該隔一排就會轉款, 因為早幾個月黎食只係普通麵豉湯, 今日既係日式蕃茄牛肉湯,飲唔出有味精,可以話係飲得到平時自己煲果種味道,見到在場咁多位都飲好多碗,我都唔客氣飲左3碗估唔到作為配角既湯會咁好飲!今次回頭感覺都唔錯, 加湯仲好飲左添, 期待下次再回頭時既驚喜

塊排黎到係得1成熟,想食幾熟就睇自己控制喇, 我會先係上面扭少少鹽同黑椒,今次試下加多少少bbq粉, 又幾惹味喎
想牛肩肉唔痴牙,建議大家煎至5~6成熟,太生咬唔入、太熟又痴牙,5~6成剛剛好


一個女仔食一塊180g牛其實都好飽,最值得一提既係呢度既湯,應該隔一排就會轉款, 因為早幾個月黎食只係普通麵豉湯, 今日既係日式蕃茄牛肉湯,飲唔出有味精,可以話係飲得到平時自己煲果種味道,見到在場咁多位都飲好多碗,我都唔客氣飲左3碗
