To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

牛腩好好味，但個別職員態度差

牛腩入味，湯底足料夠味. 特別也很好味. 值得一試價錢貴一點，但物有所值.但近期個別的職員態度差. 的確很影響進食心情.第一次是早幾天跟同事中午來食，當時可能人多，固也不太在意，人多繁忙之故.星期日一個人專程再來惠顧.一個金髮戴眼鏡職員落單.想落單食牛寶米粉. 他表示已無曬，我再問是否甚麼部位也賣曬.他也說只能落普通牛腩. （但原來5min內已有供應）職員不單不跟客人講，我繼續order凍飲和菜，他已背對我，狀甚不耐煩.當時餐廳半滿，人客不多，談何繁忙.之後有對情侶order牛寶麵.. 職員又爽快表示有... 其後幾枱都有.到我再跟那職員對質，那職員只講剛剛有.說話和態度沒有不好意思...這樣的職員，認真倒米. 香港很多好食的店，但服務態度就是仗著食物美味而態度每況愈下... 當日的普通牛腩好肥，職員也不肯跟我落單叫牛寶米.... 很無奈
