舊鋪明明係魚蛋專家,搬咗去金禧就變咗牛腩專家?! 對上一次幫襯已經係疫情嗰陣,感覺係差至普通,未至於難食,但完全稱乎唔上專家!早排見TVB介紹,又再嚟試一次。今次叫了一碗牛腩米,賣相一般,米粉好食,牛腩感覺係新鮮,但就好難形容⋯⋯唔係好夠味?味道好薄弱,質地係牛腩,唔算好腍有D咬口,湯都偏啖,最後又係要加辣椒油完成呢一餐。相比隔離間粉麵舖$48已經有雙拼,呢度$45只係得牛腩,唔值囉!味道更加輸成條街,所以傳媒讚到飛天,不如信自個口,大事難分是非,不過食嘢,信自己個嘴就得!牛腩專家⋯似乎你唔係囉!是日消費:牛腩米$45
