To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為好多人以為觀塘東記牛腩河執咗～～ 所以我就落嚟睇下～咁當然好好彩佢仲係到未比租金吞沒 ～ 牛腩湯幾濃～ 牛腩河同牛腩麵我都試過～我都係鍾意河多啲～ 因為我比較鍾意食瘦牛腩～所以相中牛腩較瘦～菜心好林～18我曾經係街市問過啲菜檔～～點解牛腩河嗰啲菜心可以咁好食～～菜檔話因為佢哋有鹼水～所以佢哋焯出黎嘅菜特別好食～～不過佢哋嘅雲吞就比較一般般～～ 如果真係鍾意食雲吞嘅話～～會比較適合去牛頭角樂園多啲～～不過佢地話加$8有枝裝汽水……原來係細枝裝～

我曾經係街市問過啲菜檔～～點解牛腩河嗰啲菜心可以咁好食～～菜檔話因為佢哋有鹼水～所以佢哋焯出黎嘅菜特別好食～～
