#成記牛什粉麵 自己曾經喺新蒲崗工作過幾年,一次都冇食過呢間牛什粉麵,睇到有人介紹連老闆都話自己嘅腩汁係偏重口味,本身諗住叫牛腩河,但係見到有人話佢嘅牛丸超正,所以就嚟個雙拼,$46。中午食飯時間嚟到係全場爆滿,剛好有一個位攝到入去,唔知係咪期望越大失望越大,嚟到嘅時候試咗啖湯係比較清淡,同個鹹字扯唔上關係,而且係越食越冇味。河粉係稍稍粗身,味嘅來源來自湯底,不過因為湯底冇乜味,所以河粉都係好淡口。最大鑊係牛腩,咁多件係得兩件比較淋,其餘都係極級瘦,似煲完湯嘅瘦肉柴口非常🚫所有嘢唯一好食係牛丸,雙拼有三粒,比較臨身有肉香味,不過都難補牛腩嘅不足。由於真係太淡,忍唔住問佢加淨腩汁,熱熱地其實幾好味,試得到有基本嘅花椒八角,睇色水已知有分別。唔知係咪百忙中出餐時唔記得加藍汁,就導致我呢碗淡然無味嘅河粉出現。但係牛腩嘅質素真係唔掂,如果鍾意食瘦肉就可以嚟試下😪成記牛什粉麵新蒲崗錦榮街4A號地舖
