To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

牛b仔，卑個店名吓住喇，哈哈😄，不過人地嘅絕對唔係虛名來架，牛腩的確正！清湯牛腩飯，牛腩好嫩，唔會尖牙，牛腩係有dd肥嘅嗰种，好正吖，我就鐘意呢种，太瘦嘅話覺得牛腩會喍，唔好食，清湯，湯真係好清甜。蘿蔔好霖甜，啖啖都係汁吖！牛肚有韌性，爽脆。牛脷口感實淨，牛筋霖滑入味，用來送飯真係好味。淨點嘅一份蘿蔔食得好滿足吖！菜心清甜有菜味，不過太飽差點食唔落喇！凍奶茶好爽，未食飯前都灌咗半杯喇。老闆人好好，我係下午比較冇咁多人嘅時候去嘅，老闆見我一枝公咁無聊，係等嘢上來嘅時候一直同我講嘢，等到d飯上來先走，唔錯嘅老闆！
