To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

久聞八寶清湯腩好吃,今天經過,便入去一試,只試了普通牛腩麵,牛腩有牛味,不錯,湯是藥材牛骨湯,不算清,有淡淡當歸藥材味,味道唔錯,對不喜歡藥材味,而只愛傳統清湯底的人,就可能不太接受,牛腩及湯底我個人覺得是水準之上,但對於一個超愛吃麵的我,麵底的水準只能說緊緊合格,麵有點糊及軟淋,不竟牛腩麵,麵底也是其中重要一環,如果麵底能再好些,就相得益彰.外面有好多麵店都是有這個問题,湯好,雲吞好,牛腩好,但就是少了一碗好麵的靈魂---麵底.
