生日週當然要食好西,呢次就有媽咪嘅加持,所以就可以去食得好啲。同媽咪嚟到牛陣打邊爐,仲要叫嘅係澳洲上級牛肉加新出嘅冬陰公湯底。一開始我以為冬陰公湯底一定會又辣又鹹, 會蓋過晒食物嘅原味。但我後來發現無論我去落好薄嘅牛肉,定係好好食嘅牛舌,牛嘅味道唔單止冇被蓋着,反而去咗我平時麻麻哋嘅肉味。店員就教我地一開始用牛嘅脂肪落去炒熱啲海鮮。都有蝦同埋有魷魚㗎,之後仲可以任加。然後我哋就落咗冬陰公湯入去做個鍋底,佢個樽好靚令我好有食泰國菜嘅感覺~我仲叫左支泰國啤酒,慶祝生日當然要食得盡啲😌😌🤪即使平時唔係飲開啤酒的人都容易入口,利申我飲開白啤嘅其實出邊材料區仲有好多唔同嘅配料,我媽咪就超級鍾意呢個蟲草花
