未吃過舌丼,也不知牛舌也分幾個部位,分別為:牛舌尖、牛舌芯、牛舌根及牛舌腩。今晚和老公試了:1)鐵板牛舌芯拼牛舌尖拼大虎蝦配自家製和風鹽葱汁 $98(加$28可升級至套餐送沙律、餐湯及白飯)牛舌尖厚切得來燒得外層非常脆彈,裡面肉質嫩滑,一點也不靱。牛舌芯是整條牛舌最高級嘅部位,口感軟嫩,多汁又有嚼勁,牛香和爽脆的口感混在一起,再蘸上酷似中式葱油的自家製和風鹽葱汁,簡直是最高享受。比較之下,虎蝦雖然沒有牛舌這般出色,但蝦肉也非常鮮甜。2)牛舌尖拼鰻魚丼配日式牛扒汁$98 鰻魚和牛舌尖各有四大塊厚切,非常慷慨。牛舌尖同樣做得出色。鰻魚亦燒得香口,厚肉肥美,魚油味突出,醬汁份量亦剛剛好。3)吉列兩件$18及吉列大多春魚兩條$28 和多春魚的炸漿不會太厚,兩款也做到香口惹味,口感不俗。總結來說,個人非常推介這間小店的牛舌,真是高質而價錢合理,值得專誠到訪。
