To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 對上一次光顧牛角,都有十年前了,記得當時等位等了許久,打從那次之後就未有再光顧,因本人太怕等位太久吖~今次朋友撩我去食午餐,她說會遙距取票,我就欣然答應了啊!大埔分店的店面小小,座位不多。假日lunch set有4款燒肉套餐﹑1款石鍋海鮮湯或1款冷烏冬可選,我和朋友都是選燒肉套餐啊~~~極上四品燒肉盛合 ($189) 及特選牛五品燒肉盛合 ($159) 各一,可share來吃燒肉套餐的組合包括前菜﹑昆布湯﹑飯/麵一碗及小食一客!前菜是常見的粟米沙律,加了麻醬,酸度恰好。昆布湯的質素普通,夠味,不會淡如水,但不用期望有好香昆布味。飯麵類,我選了牛角飯,而朋友則加$35升級為迷你牛角冷麵。迷你牛角冷麵的用料豐富,冷麵汁清爽,微酸得來帶點微辣,令人開胃!麵質都算爽口~~~牛角飯的芝麻海苔好香,加入牛角汁,還有燒肉的肉汁,加上香軟的珍珠米,很好吃!!牛油金菇是穩陣的小食,鹽味牛油帶子不會太鹹,略嫌帶子較為細隻,而且沒什麼香氣。極上四品燒肉盛合有上級牛肋肉﹑美國上級牛頸脊﹑美國極上和牛板腱肉及和牛一口牛。特選牛五品燒肉盛合則有牛肋肉﹑肩脊肉﹑牛舌﹑厚切牛舌及牛腹胸。厚切牛舌幾軟稔,但油脂不算豐富

極上四品燒肉盛合有上級牛肋肉﹑美國上級牛頸脊﹑美國極上和牛板腱肉及和牛一口牛。特選牛五品燒肉盛合則有牛肋肉﹑肩脊肉﹑牛舌﹑厚切牛舌及牛腹胸。厚切牛舌幾軟稔,但油脂不算豐富,比起牛舌好吃。價錢相差30元,但可見到極上四品燒肉盛合的肉賣相較好,油花分佈均勻得多,吃起來大多較為軟嫩,充滿油分香氣!美國極上和牛板腱肉令我印象最深,肉質軟稔無筋,帶油脂香!正~~~

朋友最後加配一客抹茶味牛角雪糕 ($12),面層澆上黑糖漿及黃豆粉,抹茶味夠甘香。

幸好朋友點選了極上四品燒肉盛合,感覺較為滿足啊!特選牛五品燒肉盛合的質素比較一般呢~~
