To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 牛角就成日食,牛角次男坊就第一次喇🙈九龍灣分店執咗,原來得返荃灣同東涌兩間分店,今日咁啱過嚟荃灣做嘢又過咗lunch hour冇乜人,即刻試吓先!嗌咗鹽燒牛舌丼(M size),另外跟咗套餐(+$13) (包中華沙律,麵豉湯同飲品)同埋一隻温泉蛋(+$12)。牛舌丼用返牛角最出名嘅圓形薄切牛舌,中size有5塊~牛舌嘅調味係足夠嘅,但我自己就覺得overcook咗啲,食落有啲靭同乾🤥另外燒肉汁喺哂嗰底,所以一開始食面嗰浸嘅飯有啲乾,要撈埋温泉蛋一齊食先好返啲🫥呢間都叫做可以止到想食牛角嘅癮,而且價錢又未好到好貴😆如果下次經過,都可能會想試佢汁燒嘅次男坊丼!
