今次去到較少踏足的灣仔星街,原來這裡藏著不少的cafe,今次係為左近期大熱的牛角包窩夫而來。牛角包窩夫其實係用牛角包麵糰壓烘成窩夫,配合醬料後層次豐富,口感酥脆,散發出淡淡牛油香。今次鹹同甜都各叫左一份,甜既係Tiramisu Croffle,大大球既雪糕上灑上可可粉,熱與凍的交融,口感十足。鹹既係Scrambles egg with smoke salmon croffle,炒蛋炒得幾滑嫩,配上煙三文魚,賣相打卡度十足。
