To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日經過Delifrance，有好多空位，見個set dinner 價錢ok，於是就坐底打算食個快餐。諗好食咩就自己排隊買野食同拎餐具，主餐會有服務員送餐。白汁碎蛋牛角包 (跟餐包前菜和南瓜湯) $59一來到，牛角包有好香濃的牛油味，入口外層酥脆微暖，包著微凍的蛋沙律， 相當有口感。生菜爽脆，番茄 juicy，食得出新鮮， 值得推介。白汁三文魚焗薯 $61軟綿綿的薯仔配上香濃的三文魚醬 ，味道好夾，好好味，會食上癮的。
