To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 約一年前旺角分店重新供應放題套餐,由前菜、肉品、海鮮、小食、飲品一律任食,每晚人頭湧湧。期後奧海城、香港仔及屯門店均設放題。雖然肉品不至於頂級,但質素穩定,所以我都有興趣。難得另一半提議,即刻答應啦屯門市廣場店位於一期,面積十分大,部份為卡座,較舒適,不過當然啦,我地只有兩個人,就只能夠坐二人枱,都唔敢一次過點太多野。同其他分店一樣,枱面上有醬料、紙巾、澡紙巾、生熟鐵夾。平日晚上八成滿座,可能附近未有同類型選擇。燒肉放題套餐共5款,唔同套餐包括各款質素嘅肉品,定價$218/位起(冇牛肉)。以星期一至四為例,入門有牛肉嘅豪華放題套餐定價$278/位。包括牛舌、牛肋肉、肩脊肉、一口牛、前菜、沙律、豚肉、雞肉、內臟、野菜、魚柳、飯、湯等共52款食品,任食90分鐘。飲品有汽水、果汁,或追加$28享用啤酒放題。以平板點餐,上菜速度算快,不過收野非常慢唔知係咪人手不足啦,上菜嘅人又真係齋上菜。另外啲肉盤入面大部份都有「水」,唔知係咪啲肉溶雪造成,唔係好衛生。前菜點左泡菜、辣油豆腐、味噌青瓜、椰菜。沙律方面點左海蜇柚子醋沙律,幾清爽開胃。套餐包括每位一客美國和牛板腱肉、一口牛肋肉、肩脊肉、豚肉燒同雞
