To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 21/8/2023,星期一,山長水遠09:30嚟到荃灣裁判法院做野,趁13:10放風時間去咗隔離荃廣嚟個快閃覓食。推開玻璃門第一眼見到嘅就喺食日本燒肉丼嘅牛角次男坊。未食過嫁,有咩吸引得過唔駛等位,價錢又唔貴。唔想煩唔想行嘅我,坐底咗。據多年試伏經驗,燒牛肉豬肉中伏嘅指數高達83.1496%。有數據支持嘅我,果斷嗌咗:〰️〰️〰️🍽 盬燒牛舌丼 (大)▪️用咗經典嘅日式呃飯碗上,夠地道!▪️牛舌足足有9️⃣片,3 mm左右厚,話厚唔厚話薄唔薄,入口軟𣺉。味道上與其話喺鹽燒,更似汁煮再燒。有幾件牛味特別濃,油脂感特別重,特別軟嫩,喺牛舌芯啊!幸福感+1。▪️飯有少少Q度,加上少少燒肉汁同味素嘅加持,無投訴。〰️〰️〰️💸 無加一,埋單$73。📑 牛舌嘅處理同質素比預期嘅好,食完都有7成飽。整體其實幾OK,唔使加一算食得過。
