To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 7月29日聽講牛角最近係放題於是和6個朋友一起食總價HK1909 每人約HK273 同等價錢下可以還選擇尚八這間牛角比起尚八好既地方係飯飲料不過海鮮方面的選擇比尚八差太多肉質方面雙方沒有太大分別我個人比較喜歡牛角對肉的調味以及其醬料最後半個鐘就會有人來講最後一單這一點大部分放題店都會有唔出奇總括而言這次和朋友消費還算滿意尤其ipad菜單真係方便多多希望以後6個人以上既檯可以俾兩部ipad我個人加分項係個牛舌真係很啱我心意豬肉更出乎我意料如果大家去可以嘗試下牛角的豬肉真心唔錯係我目前食過的放題最好一間 100分滿分我俾78分
