Restaurant: Gyu-Kaku Buffet (Mira Place 1)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小小背景:由今年真正接觸燒肉一個月基本上食2次牛角,一開始食LV2覺得好正,心諗點解世界上有D咁好食既野,慢慢食到LV3覺得原來仲正, 到最後食LV4覺得人生到左另一境界再食唔番LV2,3既垃圾肉。每次有fd問我有咩好食我都一定推牛角LV4燒肉,400蚊有咁既實力真心抵讚。 (LV5成700蚊唔捨得食而且多脂肪應該好快食濟)正題:今日早左放工去食早割5點7去到旺角店有個店員企係門口話有確診者到過所以唔開,我即刻飛去TST店岩岩好5點55分趕到早割。之前食左10幾次都係食旺角店因為聽人講旺角店最多人食D肉係好D, 但今次疫情關係抱住TST店唔會差太多既心態來左一戰。In short 3隻字: 好L失望。燒肉傳說係話頭盤一定係比最好你(先唔講個肥膏位)之後愈比愈差, this is so true 但無諗過第2輪開始已經係垃圾, 你可以見到D紋已經係同LV2果D無分別之後有一輪D紋有番小小小小起色,但雪都未溶好難燒得好我第一次食100分鍾食到70分鍾已經熄左個爐食唔到落去, 比400蚊完全唔知食左D咩...唔會再幫襯牛角,想要個會藉PM我 FREE.THX
