To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同朋友收工都已經19:30，本身打算去打邊爐，但係滿哂，最後朋友推介去美麗華廣場嘅牛角buffet! 由於朋友係咁金會員，等候時間大概係25分鐘左右入到去都可以接受一如以往我哋都係叫咗Level 3，牛肉我哋主要食美國和牛牛板踺，牛肉味道濃烈，亦都見到油花非常平均，忍唔住食完一件又一件由於我哋係叫原味，所以加埋佢嘅鹽醬sauce實在非常match今次朋友仲特登叫咗牛角水冷麵，口感都幾特別，冷麵麵條非常煙靭，再加埋佢特製嘅叉燒，配搭都幾好食，有驚喜期待下一次再返嚟幫襯
