|A4和牛燒肉|Lunch Set嚟講呢個定食嘅份量相當豐富,抵食指數有100!成個set包括沙律、前菜、飯、蒸蛋及湯,和牛燒肉咪睇佢得6片,其實經已有齊西冷、肉眼及三國腩,單看雪花比例就知係和牛級嘅質素,單係打卡都用咗我足足5分鐘時間lol 店員教要先燒肉眼再順住由左至右燒,3款牛當中個人認為以三國腩嘅油脂最重,入口油份足而牛味濃,其次就係西冷。個人認為無需要沾任何醬汁,單配少許鹽經已能提味。|盛意滿滿和牛丼|用原個煎pan上相當有feel,食到底仲有少許飯焦感,混和海膽、和牛、鵝肝及黑松露,啖啖飯都好有層次感,而4種同樣有其獨特味道但竟然可以相互平衡到一啲都唔會蓋過彼此,好驚喜!|海膽和牛紫菜|呢款大概可以算係創作款式吧!海膽和牛與脆紫菜,相當香口,用作為佐酒嘅小食相當唔錯!

|盛意滿滿和牛丼|
用原個煎pan上相當有feel,食到底仲有少許飯焦感,混和海膽、和牛、鵝肝及黑松露,啖啖飯都好有層次感,而4種同樣有其獨特味道但竟然可以相互平衡到一啲都唔會蓋過彼此,好驚喜!
