❀ Pudding a la mode
原本衝著士多啤梨及無花果焦糖布丁而來,但因過左當造季節而轉為雜果焦糖布丁(香蕉、奇異果、藍莓、橙及提子)。焦糖布丁充滿蛋香,而且質感幼滑又好creamy,係我最中意既布丁texture~值得一提係餐廳仲係布丁面灑上焦糖脆餅碎,增加口感及焦糖香。另外,焦糖醬好香甜而且不帶苦澀味,亦唔會蓋過布丁既蛋香,甜度適中,十分推介!下次會試埋其他甜品
