鹵牛面頰湯麵($50)轉刀削麵(+$2)牛面頰約九片,唔似潮式粉麵店,口感不是膠膠哋的,反而似牛展質地,牛味是有的;刀削麵標榜日日新鮮香港製造,麵身滑,但咬口稍稍不足;湯底要咗牛骨湯,清,一啲都唔油膩,有些少牛味,味道算不錯(之後無口渴);半隻溏心蛋幾好食。牛筋湯麵($50)轉刀削麵(+$2)牛筋有六舊,夠腍,亦有少少膠膠哋嘅口感,但可惜無咩味道。綠研茉莉茶($12)手工冷泡茶,味道正常,普普通通。PS:是日有95折。
