湯底選了"花螺/雪耳木瓜"鴛鴦鍋($40), ok火鍋料點了牛拼盤($98), 鮮帶子($40), 鮮腐皮($18), 本地滑牛($28)...牛拼盤真的很特別, 差不多有10種牛的不同部位, 唔係到到都食得到.我覺得最正係牛頸脊, 有d似豬頸肉.其次係牛雙連, 唔"鞋".重有牛爽肉, 真係爽gar, 有肥肉0既香, 但絶不肥膩.鮮帶子好滑, "綠"左好耐都唔"鞋".鮮腐皮就好驚喜, 冇諗過滑得咁緊要, 又有淡淡豆香.飲唔到自家西洋菜蜜, 有少少失望.唔記得左試金錢牛展, 下次會再試.
