在黃金買完野之後,喺附近搵嘢食,上網搵到呢間專食牛嘅餐廳,於是行15分鐘過嚟。餐廳設計同日本一樣,門口有個自助落單機,揀咗要食嘅嘢之後俾錢出單,侍應就會將啲食物送上嚟啦,有落單到食物上枱都唔使10分鐘,服務快速晚上九點有效率!沙律、餐湯同白飯都係自助形式,唔夠可以無限添加。佢地亦寫明如果燒嘅時間太耐,石版唔夠熱可以更換。叫咗一個180克嘅牛肩($80),在上枱時只有1成熟,之後自已在石板上燒,想燒到幾多成熟悉隨尊便,我試過由四成熟開始去到八成熟,啲肉依然唔會韌,牛肉味亦濃,配合海鹽食最好,但係加辣醬都唔錯。另外點200克牛柳($110),可能係牛嘅部位唔同,眼見牛柳比牛肩大左都超過兩成,牛柳的肉質比較淋,嫩滑一D,牛肩肉質比較結實,我個人鍾意食牛柳多啲,5-6成熟食係最好。以呢個價錢來講性價比真係高。

叫咗一個180克嘅牛肩($80),在上枱時只有1成熟,之後自已在石板上燒,想燒到幾多成熟悉隨尊便,我試過由四成熟開始去到八成熟,啲肉依然唔會韌,牛肉味亦濃,配合海鹽食最好,但係加辣醬都唔錯。

另外點200克牛柳($110),可能係牛嘅部位唔同,眼見牛柳比牛肩大左都超過兩成,牛柳的肉質比較淋,嫩滑一D,牛肩肉質比較結實,我個人鍾意食牛柳多啲,5-6成熟食係最好。以呢個價錢來講性價比真係高。
