616開左好多分店 食過都知佢地嘅賣點係可以食到好多唔同產地嘅刁鑽牛部位🐮 今日就同朋友去咗土瓜灣呢間分店打邊爐🍲 環境都幾闊落 有醬料自助區同埋係用電磁爐嘅 夜晚6-8:30 入座都有9折~湯底我地就揀左牛骨清湯 $62 湯底入面有好多牛骨 白蘿蔔 芹菜 同埋牛肉粒 份量都幾多仲要煲左好耐都唔韌 味道清甜仲食到牛嘅鮮味😋配料方面我地主攻牛肉 嗌左個期間限定嘅信州和牛肩胛 $78 試下 日本長野縣用蘋果飼養嘅牛 所以比較肥美鮮甜 油花細緻而肉質嫩滑 必試! ☺️牛駝峰 $48 係牛頸背後嘅肉 牛味香濃 另外都嗌左熟成加拿大牛肩脊 $58 同牛朴肉 $48 手打蝦滑 $50食落好彈牙!我地亦都嗌左啲配菜 油菜$28 娃娃菜$28 白蘿蔔 $28 手打烏冬 $18好彈牙呢個一定要嗌🤗
