之前一路好想試大陸一d專食牛火鍋嘅火鍋, 今日經開大埔 ,見到 616真係開心大發現!!(不過原來佢都有好幾間分店)餐廳以平板下單 ,簡單方便又快捷, 識食梗係食牛骨清湯底, 咁先試到牛嘅味道㗎嘛😎牛朴肉 脖仁牛上肋澳洲和牛牛胸肉牛駝峰匙柄牛嘅部份我地嗌左牛駝峰、牛朴肉、脖仁、牛上肋澳洲和牛、牛胸肉同埋匙柄。餐紙上好細心咁寫咗牛唔同部位嘅烹調時間,大部分都係六至八秒左右~我最鍾意食澳洲和牛牛胸肉 ,非常有牛味而且肉質食落去唔錯👍🏻牛匙柄亦係唔錯嘅選擇,佢位於牛嘅肋骨下面,肉質非常有彈性😋男朋友鍾意食牛朴肉 ,話佢嘅口感食落又嫩又爽,仲牛味香濃!呢度嘅響鈴亦值得推薦 !👏🏻因為都係新鮮現炸,輕輕浸一下水就食,又香又脆😍試咗牛嘅咁多唔同嘅部位, 而且好多仲要係出面好少機會食得到, 埋單都係五百蚊左右,價錢中上 ,但品質確係不錯!👍🏻
