聽同事介紹,大埔翠林花園有間專食牛肉既火鍋,叫做616喜歡食牛既我當然拉埋住大埔既朋友一齊試下~一入到去就見到有好大張牛既部位解說圖,而且牆上掛住好多刁鑽既牛肉部位既名牌落單方法用iPad ,店員介紹邊個部位會多d油花、肉味、爽口。落完單之後,佢地比個漏斗我地計時,如果廿分鐘未黎到果碟就送比你食醬料任你選,個人推薦沙茶醬同牛肉汁,自家秘方,配合甘桔同香菜好清新我地叫左牛骨清湯做湯底,連埋粟米同蘿白,個湯底好正吖因為每個部位煮既時間唔同,照足佢個時間食(餐紙有教大約涮多久),真係好食好多~佢地牛肉每天新鮮運到,封門枊已經賣晒。但整體而言,牛鴕峰同匙炳是我推薦胸口膀(牛前胸脂肪)爽口都帶油香牛朴肉吃到牛肉軟嫩,甜味牛駝峰厚薄度啱啱好,雖然好似冇咩油花,不過一尐都唔乾柴。而且口感軟嫩,肉質鮮甜匙柄牛肉味濃響鈴本身酥脆,再湯頭輕涮兩下便可自家包製牛肉餃賣相飽滿,餃子皮薄身,餡料豐富又多汁讃岐烏冬幼滑彈牙連湯底一齊食晒呀每人大概$200,好抵食
