近期係網上成日都見倒有個menu可以食哂牛嘅每一個部位,不過間餐廳就係日本嘅,估唔倒今日響旺角都可以食哂成隻牛張圖有寫哂牛嘅每一個部位叫咩名,真係一秒就變左專家個湯底一上嘅時候已經好香,面頭一啲油都冇,睇落好清,但係飲落一啲都唔淡。嫩肉睇落好新鮮,每一片都切得好薄,淥嘅時候十幾黎就夠喇,雖然旁邊有一大片脂肪,但食落一啲都唔肥嫁。吊龍伴睇落就冇咁大片脂肪,啲油脂分佈得比較平均,但食落就冇嫩肉咁霖。牛骨髓,本身就冇乜味,但係佢就吸哂啲湯好入味。除左牛,仲嗌左皇帝菜同響鈴啲菜都好新鮮好嫩,一啲都唔老耐且洗得好乾淨,而響鈴呢就冇平時食開果啲咁油同濟不得不提,呢個麵線真係好正,食落口感有啲似魚麵,有小小煙韌彈口嘅感覺,但又冇魚麵咁爽,同個湯襯到絕。而且淥耐左都唔會好易霖。果然係新鮮才是王道阿
