To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間牛b仔是我之前同叔伯一起去附近食早餐嘅時候見到嘅，所以今日中午我就打算去試一下喇，位置都好顯眼，好易搵。中午時間喇，所以我都系鐘意食粉麵多啲，點了一個清湯腩飯，分量好足，好驚自己食唔完吖！牛腩真的是非常大的一份，牛腩不是很瘦的哪一種，但是口感絕對不會肥膩，是瘦中帶瘦的，入口很爽滑，意外收穫吖。下邊仲要墊著一些白蘿蔔，蘿蔔的味道很入味，加上湯底的話，味道很馥鬱的感覺，食飯的時候我可以加入小小清湯，咁樣我就覺得米飯非常有味，胃口很好啊。食完飯之後，覺得認真唔錯，下次可以試下其他的，價錢又不貴。
