To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 美孚好多食市,這舖是不少人去吃飯的地方,勝在價廉物美。我叫了一個焗豬扒飯外賣, 站在門外等了接近半小時。 入店舖一看, 只有大約三位 侍應負責 上菜、清潔和收銀, 非常忙碌, 各人都相當勤快。 眼看遠處的廚師也是忙過不停。 午市時間如此多人光顧, 工作人員人手緊拙, 最終令到食物上菜時間大為延遲。焗豬扒飯分量非常足夠,一整塊大豬扒橫鋪在飯上面,豬扒碎上,豬肉很軟身,咬下去唔會有渣,而且有濃郁的蕃茄味。飯是炒底,很香,還能看見一絲絲蛋花。 之前食過呢間鋪頭覺得食物太鹹, 但今次有改善。 算是物有所值。
