Restaurant: Sun Tung Lok Chinese Cuisine

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新同樂魚翅酒家

唔食魚翅既就唔需要睇喇, 因為li一餐係食魚翅~~

依家因環保既關係~好多人都響應唔食翅, 我本身對翅冇乜鐘意唔意意~~但家母最喜愛鮑參翅肚~~正值生日, 就同佢去食餐勁既!!

前菜: 推介***炸芋片, 蜜糖腰果~我同阿姐最愛^^

推介***1. 媽媽好豪咁每人叫左一盅$3XX既有雞有金華火腿既燉翅 (個名係好似係"火瞳雞鮑翅")~~
翅既份量有2兩~唔喜愛金華火腿既我都覺得塊好火腿好好味~~
而個湯係高濃度既燉湯, 唔係"獻汁", 食完成個都已半飽~~~

特別既係li個翅唔係跟醋, 而係跟個高濃度既金華火腿汁~~~ 落一滴係D翅上面已經好夠喇~~~個玻璃好靚~~~用dropper 會容易d控制份量
~~~

以前食過潮州既肘子翅, 都曾經好喜愛~因為個湯係肘子湯, 好正, 而翅亦唔少~~但那間酒樓水準下降, 食第三次已覺份量少左味道差左~~LI個翅比肘子翅都只係貴少少~~LI個真係值得一試~~

推介***2. 百花釀脆皮乳豬

這道菜係係open rice見到人地叫, 個樣又靚. 就叫~~
乳豬片下面釀蝦膠~~~乳豬皮好脆~~蝦膠好厚~~老人家嫌有d漏~~但我覺得幾有特色

3. 頭抽銀雪魚
味道較為一般~~不過因為唔想嗌蒸魚, 就試左~~~

推介***4.鮑汁琵琶豆腐 (又係唔記得個名)
個味道好好~~~不過唔知佢釀左d咩係裡面~

推介***5. 炸子雞半隻

脆而嫩~~~~因為自己午飯已經食過炸子雞, 自己冇咩點食~~不過屋企人都覺得好okay~

睇過其他食運, 如果生日, 可以預訂一個有"生日快樂"字既欖仁馬拉糕, 但因為我地冇預訂, 佢地見我地有人生日, 就送左壽包~~~真係good 呀~!~! (雖然我唔係好食壽包, 但阿麻開心喎~!~!)

最後仲有大粒起沙既紅豆沙送!!!!唔係一般個d~`食到阿麻唔停得口~~~
今次既生日飯大家都好滿足, 物有所值!!! 如果大家既阿爸阿媽鐘意食翅既, 真係第一選擇~~~
