To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 带朋友来到大名鼎鼎的添好运来饮茶。中环IFC的这家店永远在排队,所以去之前已经做好了要排队的心理准备。排了35-40分钟后落座,在排队时已经点好了菜。两个女生,酥皮焗叉烧包是一定要吃的! 虾肉烧卖,灼油菜,腐皮卷这些都是最爱。叉烧包真的好好味!皮薄,酥软,里面的叉烧料好足,甜甜的,而且都是瘦肉,吃起来半点也不腻,真的好好吃!烧卖里有一大只虾,皮子很有嚼劲,整个口感很Q弹入味,香菇的加入使得整个层次再度提升。腐皮卷是蒸出来的,清爽,里面馅料非常丰富,胡萝卜,香菇,等等等等,汤汁是鲍汁来的,浓浓的糊住嘴了快~最后加单了一份古法糯米鸡,因为看到邻座点了实在是好馋。排了那么久的队当然要食个过瘾!荷叶的味道深深得融入了糯米饭里,糯米饭软软的糯糯的,包住了鸡肉和叉烧肉,十分入味,几口下去就好饱!

叉烧包真的好好味!皮薄,酥软,里面的叉烧料好足,甜甜的,而且都是瘦肉,吃起来半点也不腻,真的好好吃!
